Return Policy. Please be advised that Prescription Medications from Shapiro MD™ are not eligible for return or refund.

Shapiro MD™ offers a 90-day money-back warranty on all over-the-counter products purchased through our Shapiro MD™ website. This Warranty comes into effect on the day your product is shipped from our fulfilment center(s), and expires ninety (90) days thereafter. This Warranty requires that you return any unused product. You will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred in returning any product.

Shapiro MD™ requires that all returns have a tracking number and Return Merchandise Authorization Number (a “RMA” number).

If you wish to return Shapiro MD™ over-the-counter products that were purchased through our website, please contact a Customer Care professional at: (877) 907-4047 or email us at in order to obtain your RMA number. Once you receive your RMA, you will receive an RMA email confirmation and authorization. In order for your refund to be processed, you MUST write your RMA number, in large and legible print, on the outside of your shipment package.

Once we receive the returned over-the-counter product that was purchased on our website and your RMA number is entered into our systems, you will receive an email confirmation that your refund is being processed. Please note that depending on the bank that issued the credit card, a refund can take up to thirty (30) days to appear on your credit card statement.

Please note that multiple refunds for purchases processed over multiple months are not permitted. Shapiro MD™ will only refund the most recent month’s transaction. Shapiro MD™ reserves the right to refuse a refund to any customer who repeatedly requests refunds or who, in our judgment, requests refunds in bad faith.
